Day 6 of the 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge. It's the start of a new week! This is the final submission for the 99 Bottles of Art on the Wall charity auction. On this rainy day, it was nice to picture a blue bird in Spring, perched up high on a Georgia pine. I also painted this using brushes and the pallet knife to create layers of color and texture.
